The Unex Towerlands 130 acre site in beautiful rolling Essex countryside
provides a wonderful setting for outdoor events. Its close proximity to the
M11 (20 minutes away) & hard standing parking for up to 1,500 cars make ease
of access a selling point. The permanent grass show ground area is an ideal
venue for outdoor equestrian events such as showing shows, through to dog
shows, agricultural events, fun fairs, classic vehicle rallies, caravan club
meetings, really whatever you wish to run. Its close proximity to the Unex
Towerlands bars, restaurants & coffee shop gives the show ground a feel of
comfort as well as functionality. The natural undulations of the site allow
for easy spectator viewing with out the need for expensive seating
arrangements.
Our first show
will be outdoor only and we intend to expand it if required to make use of all
the available facilities in future. We hope you will enjoy a day out among petrol heads
in a relaxed and fun filled atmosphere.
Those of you who
remember the NASC Nationals held at Braintree will also remember how popular
this event was, in the Essex Town, with the local public. The high street was
shut down One day, every year, for a static cruise which the local population
appreciated very much. Braintree is once more the focal point for a car show and
we hope it will attract interest locally and nationwide as it used to with the
NATS.
